Welcome to our new kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program! A unique, game-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) experience designed for young children and their parents.
Offered Monday through Thursday.

The ROSE Women's Unarmed Self-Defense Program is an 8-week hands-on training experience designed to teach women how to recognize danger, break free from common attacks, and escape safely.
Through practical training and realistic scenarios, students build the skills, awareness, and confidence needed to defend themselves under stress.
Designed for athletes, shooters, and everyday movers alike, Yoga helps improve balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Through purposeful movement and breath work, you'll build a stronger foundation for both physical performance and everyday well-being.

Our program is designed to help you achieve your goals while enjoying a vibrant and supportive community.
No experience required! Bring flip-flops or sandals for walking off the mats, deodorant, clean clothing and remove jewelry. All long hair should be tied back.
