Welcome to our On-Ramp / Primer Class for kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! A unique, game-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) experience designed specifically for young children and their parents. This isn’t just a class—it sets the stage for a bonding experience between parent and child that lays the foundation for effective, confident movement, early grappling skills, and emotional regulation through safe and playful engagement.

Parents are encouraged to engage, or watch and learn how to safely and effectively play Brazilian Jiu Jitsu games with their children at home as they observe the instructors. Each child receives 1 on 1 instruction from our SafeSport Certified instructors as they play each game. Parents are invited to play or even just watch and record the games so they can practice and play at home! Eventually once able to perform these moves fluidly, the kids will be ready for their "Bully Battle Test" where they put their moves to the test and graduate to the next course: Junior BJJ Combatives where they learn the moves the adults learn!
