Our Women’s Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is a supportive, empowering space designed for women of all experience levels. This class focuses on learning both sport Jiu-Jitsu and real-world self-defense, with an emphasis on using leverage, timing, and technique rather than size or strength. You’ll learn how to control, escape, and defend yourself against bigger and stronger opponents, building confidence in your ability to handle challenging situations on and off the mats. Beyond technique, this class is about community. We train hard, but we also lift each other up. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or sharpening developed skills, you’ll find an encouraging environment where questions are welcomed, progress is celebrated, and friendships are built.
