In Introduction to Concealed Carry, students will embark on a comprehensive exploration of the essential skills needed to confidently carry a pistol concealed. Here students will have an opportunity to discover holster types and styles, firearm selection considerations, ammunition types, and hands-on concealment techniques for daily carry. At the end of this course, students will be equipped with a comprehensive skill set to carry a pistol concealed effectively and confidently.
This training course is an introduction to concealment carry, however having previous training in the proper techniques to draw a pistol from a holster is required. At a minimum, students must have completed Handgun 104* or an approved equivalent. Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the specific class may be removed from training. Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering.
*Students who successfully completed the 2-day course 'Handgun 104: Introduction to Defensive Handgun Skills' prior to February 2024 will have fulfilled the prerequisites necessary to enroll in any courses that require successful completion of either the 1-day 'Handgun 104: Advanced Handgun Skills' or the 1-day 'Introduction to Defensive Handgun Skills' course.
