STUDENT CANCELING OR TRANSFERRING

Course/Event Cancelations or Transfers >14 Days from Start Date

Individuals canceling or transferring greater than 14 days before the course/event start date will receive a full refund. A full refund includes tuition and any pre-purchased ammunition.

Course/Event Cancelations or Transfers <14 Days from Start Date

Individuals canceling or transferring less than 14 days before the course/event start date will receive a partial refund or transfer. A partial refund includes 75% of tuition, 100% of pre-purchased ammunition, and 0% of background check/pre-screen (if in “pending” or “completed” at the time of cancellation). Transferring to another day will incur a 25% fee of the class total.

Background Checks/Pre-Screen Refunds

During the checkout process, an individual will pre-purchase a background check and/or pre-screen if applicable to their order. If an individual begins their background check and/or pre-screen with SafeVisitor, they will not receive any reimbursement or refund for this line item.

Failed Background Check Refund

In the event of a failed background check resulting in the inability to attend the course/event, individuals will receive a 100% refund of the course/event price paid, less the background check fee.

Ammunition Refunds

Any pre-purchased ammunition will receive a full refund regardless of the start date of their course.

Gift Card Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable in all circumstances. If a gift card was applied to an individual’s order and that individual cancels their registration, the amount owed to that individual will be credited back to the gift card.

ACADEMY CANCELING

In rare circumstances, SIG SAUER Academy may need to cancel a course/event. If this occurs, individuals registered will be contacted and refunded in full, except for the background check/pre-screen (if in “pending” or “completed” at the time of cancellation).
