You cannot control every situation—but you can control how prepared you are.
The ROSE Women's Unarmed Self-Defense Program is an 8-week hands-on training experience designed to teach women how to recognize danger, break free from common attacks, and escape safely.
Through practical training and realistic scenarios, students build the skills, awareness, and confidence needed to defend themselves under stress.
This program focuses on leverage, technique, and situational awareness—not strength—making the skills effective for women of all sizes and experience levels.
Students practice techniques against controlled resistance, helping build muscle memory that works under pressure.
Techniques are based on Jiu-Jitsu leverage concepts, allowing smaller individuals to defend themselves against larger attackers.
ROSE classes are designed to be welcoming, encouraging, and empowering, especially for women new to self-defense training.
Each session builds on the previous one so students develop confidence and competence over time.
Students must be able to stand up from the ground without assistance.
Students should come prepared for physical training.
