Students will develop skills necessary to properly use a reflexive sight both two handed and single handed. They will also improve on the skills and knowledge to successfully negotiate around obstacles and shoot on the move. Over the two day course, students will record shooting data to compare their performance with iron sights and the reflexive sight.
This is an intermediate level class. The student needs to know and be able to demonstrate safe gun handling, weapon system familiarity, foundational marksmanship skills, and working from a holster. At a minimum, student must be a graduate of Handgun 104. It is highly recommended to also attend Pistol Red Dot Fundamentals prior to taking this course.
Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the specific class may be removed from training.
