Joe is a law enforcement officer with a large municipal police agency in southern New Hampshire where he has been working since 1998. His law enforcement experience includes a variety of assignments to various divisions and small units, some of which include: uniformed patrol division, a plain-clothes street crimes unit, and a crime scene investigation unit where he specialized in shooting incident reconstruction. Joe has been a member of his department’s SWAT Team for over 14 years and has experienced numerous high-risk callouts. He is also a prior member of his department’s Firearms Training Unit where he served for over three years as a full-time Use of Force Instructor teaching some the following courses of instruction: tactical pistol and rifle, O.C., baton, defensive tactics, less-lethal munitions, and active shooter response. Joe is currently assigned as a supervisor in his department’s training division and he is a Master Firearms Instructor at the Sig Sauer Academy where he teaches a variety of courses.
